The first hole of Heritage Shores begins with an uphill shot to a green perched over the beachfront. It has water on both sides as you play your first shot down toward the ocean below before finishing up with another uphill tee shot into an elevated green guarded by bunkers on both sides.
The second hole plays out similarly, with two deep bunkers guarding both approaches to its large green complex that sits above water level along one side of this dogleg left-hand turn-away hole.

The fairways are wide-open, with large sand traps on both sides of each hole. The greens are small but fast; they keep their shape well, even under heavy rains or snowfall conditions.
