Early check-in and late check-out may be available based on occupancy and operational
availability. Additional fees may apply.
Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in and assume responsibility for the reservation.
Yes. Guests under the age of 18 are required to provide a $500 cash security deposit upon
check-in in addition to the advance reservation deposit. The room will be inspected upon
departure, and refundable amounts will be returned provided no damage or excessive cleaning is
required.

Yes. A deposit is required to guarantee all reservations. Reservations without a valid deposit are
subject to automatic cancellation.
Reservations require a one-night room and tax deposit at the time of booking. The remaining
balance is due in full upon arrival.
Yes. The credit card used for the reservation deposit must be presented at check-in. If the
original card is not available, the deposit will be refunded to that card, and a new form of
payment must be provided for the full balance.
Personal checks are not accepted for balances due at check-in. Checks are also not accepted for
deposits made within 30 days of arrival.
Yes. A $10.00 daily resort fee plus tax applies and includes:

Yes. Multiple-night reservations may be required during holidays, peak summer periods, and
special event weekends.

Reservations may be canceled by 6PM on the day prior to arrival in order to receive a full
refund of the deposit for guests who booked directly with us. Reservations made through 3rd
party sites require 3 days’ notice with cancellation fees.
No. Guests are responsible for all reserved nights, and refunds are not provided for early
departures.

Yes. There is an additional charge of $25 per guest, per day for more than two guests

No. Special requests are noted, and every attempt will be made to honor them, but they cannot be
